
Hello, I hope everyone’s July has started well. Welcome back to my latest post… this time I’m sharing with you the Wellbeing Boost You Need!!
It’s no secret that I’ve been in my wellness era and love nothing more than sharing and talking about all things wellness and finding things that actually work. So when I heard that the founder of the brand Neom Wellbeing was releasing a book I knew this was going to be a must read.
Back in February this year I went to The Four Ways to Wellbeing Book Launch with Neom’s Founder Nicola Elliott at their beautiful store in Leeds

My first introduction to Neom was through Instagram, I was following a fitness influencer/personal trainer who shared about this new candle they had got. I took one look and thought I need to know more! I visited the brand page straight away and noticed not only was the candle beautiful packaging and branding – but that it was all natural ingredients – something that I was passionate about. The other thing that drew me in was the name of the candle, it was called ‘Happiness’. I thought I need this, can this smell help support my wellbeing and bring the feeling of happiness into my room at the same time! I bought one instantly and it truly didn’t disappoint. I bought it for the mood I wanted to feel and its natural ingredients. From then on I immediately fell in love with the brand and its products.
It has been so exciting to watch this brand grow and love how passionate the founder is to help support others to better wellbeing.

So Why this book…
Nicola Elliott has been, and still is on a wellbeing journey herself, previously a journalist with a very demanding career and busy lifestyle she found herself struggling with panic attacks and poor sleep and generally not looking after herself. In this book Nicola shares her learnings and gives us the must know ways to wellbeing that works
