‘Why We All Need A Little Meditation In Our Lives’

So, I am a big believer in the positive effects that meditation has, and I have found this to be extremely helpful in supporting my mental health, especially with anxiety. But also, this has been helpful in just gaining a better mindset, and finding a sense of calm after a busy day. At the start of this year I have also been doing a course in Mindfulness Life Coaching, which I am thoroughly enjoying!
I was delighted to be featured as the guest blog on July’s ‘BalanceByHayley’ where I share with you the benefits of meditation.
